The 5 Best Foods for Glowing Skin

I strongly believe that when it comes to beauty, it's best to focus on what you put in your body before what you put on it. Sure, you can buy expensive make up and lotions to help your skin look better, but what good is that if you are putting that on top of dull, dry and tired skin? Here are my favorite top 5 foods to eat to keep your skin looking and feeling its best!

1. Avocados.  Avocados are great for moisturizing the skin. That contain a lot of Vitamin E, which carries antioxidants. Antioxidants are great for your skin because they help prevent the visible aging of skin.Avocados are also a good thing to put on your skin. You can use it as a moisturizing mask that leaves your skin feeling soft and smooth.

2. Blueberries.  These tasty little guys are packed full of vitamins that neutralize your skins natural oils. they also help your skin maintain collagen and elastin to keep your skin looking young, bright and fresh! my favorite way to eat these are in oatmeal or in a morning smoothy.

3. Wild Salmon.  Salmon is rich in omega-3 fatty acids, which keeps your skin moisturized and supple. this food also helps protect your skin from sun exposure with a mineral called Selenium. I love backed salmon with a little lemon squeezed on top or raw on sushi.

4. Walnuts.  Theses are great because you only need about a handful a day to gain the wonderful benefits of this mighty little superfood. Enjoy as a snack or over a salad once a day and you will start seeing smoother skin, brighter eyes and shinier hair!

5. Eggs.  I don't really eat animals, but eggs are always part of my breakfast. Eggs contain 2 key nutrients called Choline and Lutein. The Choline in eggs helps build fatty portions of skins cell membranes. It also regulates Vitamin B, which firms collagen and elastin in your skin. Lutein is full of antioxidants and helps prevent skin damage.

With so many ways to enjoy these delicious, skin saving foods.. It's easy to have a beautiful, glowing completion even without all the makeup!
